Bootcamp for Older Adults

Specifically designed for older adults, this boot camp uses intervals, drills and resistance to improve your cardio, strength, balance agility and more. Special attention on strengthening the muscles supporting your joints, helping you move more comfortably and feel more confident. Registration required. No drop-in. Instructor Kate Lee is a BCRPA registered Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Leader.
