Program Description

This program will focus on flexibility, stretching, coordination, balance, posture, strength, self-confidence and all of the foundational training required for a gymnastics program. Parent/caregiver participation is required.

For the safety of the participant, the Acknowledgement of Risk, Waiver, Release & Indemnity Form must be completed. This form will be available at the Program Assistant desk located on the 2nd floor at Hillcrest Centre. Children will not be permitted in the program until the completed form is received
