Mindfulness Meditation
Easily learn to meditate! On average, we miss half our life daydreaming: not paying attention to reality. Easy to be aware of one moment, difficult to be continuously aware. The class is especially good for, “I tried but I cannot meditate”! Learn to distinguish reality from illusion. Students that practice daily realizes a sense of freedom and spaciousness, react less, opens hearts, innate connections revealed, experience flow, serendipity, and synchronicity. The Gift of life! Registration required. No drop-in.
