OsteoFit is an evidence-based fitness program specifically for those with low bone mass and decreased bone strength. It is also for anyone wanting to improve their balance, strength, reaction time, and flexibility – all important elements in reducing the incidence of falls. Each class offers a combo of exercise and education, can be done standing or seated and has a low participant to certified OsteoFit instructor ratio. ParQMed X must be completed. Registration required. No drop-in.
