Tai Chi 108 Yang Style
Learn the traditional 108 posture Yang style. Qigong and tuishou (push hands) are also explored. Tai Chi is a meditative martial art which improves breathing, balance, and flexibility. Michael is a patient and passionate teacher with over 30 years of experience. All levels welcome! Registration required. No drop-in.
