Total Body Conditioning

This moderate intensity class will begin with a dynamic warm-up paying special attention to body alignment and safe functional movement. It will include strengthening exercises interspersed with cardio intervals of 20-30 seconds and/or plyometric strength so as to keep the heart rate elevated. The class will end with a relaxing stretch. Registration required. No drop-in.
