Yoga and Qi Gong

This class is an integration of Qigong and Yoga focusing on various breathing techniques and simple Hatha yoga postures to increase muscle strength, flexibility, and balance. Suitable for all levels. Qigong movements are gentle, offering healing techniques for the internal organs while Yoga postures strengthen the physical body when integrating through Qigong and yoga; smooth and long breathing allows the Qi to flow freely, resulting in a release of stress and calming of the mind, improving the immune system and general well-being. Sessions will be conducted in English; when needed Cantonese or simple Mandarin can be accommodated. Please bring a yoga mat to class. Registration required. No drop-in.
