Yoga Made for Runners
Yoga Made For Runners is a dynamic and challenging yoga program created specifically for runners. The class will build strength, increase
the range of motion in tight joints, and return flexibility to stiff, sore muscles. Expect to work hard and breathe deeply. Appropriate for everyone, from first-timers to experienced practitioners. Please bring your own Yoga mat and props to class. Registration required. No drop-in. no class Feb 15.
