Gently flowing through yoga postures and Pilates moves, this practice focuses on strengthening the little muscles that support the body’s structure and keep it stable while releasing tight areas through stretching, myofascial release, and self-massage. Beginner friendly. All bodies welcome. Please bring your own Yoga mat and props to class. Registration required. No drop-in.
