Program Description

Participants will learn the fundamentals of Pilates which promotes strength and stability while lengthening the muscles and supporting the spine. There will be a strong focus on connecting to the abdominal and pelvic floor muscles which is the key to strengthening the core muscles of the body. Bring a mat to class.
