Posture is personal – we are all different in how we carry our body, however there are some foundational practices that can help you get closer to an optimal posture that keeps you feeling strong and balanced. In this workshop we will explore and assess posture outside of the conventional rules of what “perfect” is. We will sense into the body as we shift our posture through gentle functional and somatic movement, and provide you with the tools to improve your postural habits independently.
