Program Description

This gentle class will combine yoga, Qi Gong and meditation to relax and energize the body, and focus the mind. Through movement and breath we will release tension to allow energy to flow through the body. We will tone and strengthen muscles, improve balance, and access greater range of movement. This class for beginners/intermediate adults and seniors will increase your sense of well-being, improve your immune system and help you to age gracefully. Drop-in $15 (space permitting). No class Feb 11 and 18.
