For youth ready to build on their skills. This class focuses on more advanced combinations, movement and partner drills to sharpen technique and develop discipline. All sessions are non-contact, emphasizing control and precision with head coach Henry from Strikewell Boxing. For the safety of the participant, the Acknowledgement of Risk, Waiver, Release & Indemnity Form must be completed. Children will not be permitted in the program until the completed form is received.
