ZumFit is an hour fun, aerobic dance fitness. It is an interval combinations of workouts with dance moves between high and low intensity designed to get your heart rate up and boost cardio endurance and burn calories. The objective of this program is to exercise while having fun which is great for body, mind, and soul. The choreography is simple and repetitive that people do not need to have any dance experience and will catch on to the rhythms of musics from Pop to Latin with dance moves of Meregue, Salsa, Cumbia, Reggaeton, Bachata, and Hip Hop.
