We have heard it before, death before decaf! But what really is the decaffeination process and how does it affect the taste of coffee? In this workshop, we will explore 2 kinds of decaffeination processes through a theoretical approach as well as a practical approach through a brewing session where we get to sample 4 different decaf coffees. The workshop ends with half hour of Q&A and a chance to share ideas with fellow attendees. All supplies are included in the cost.
