Managing Screen Time – A Community Conversation is a free, adult-focused discussion that explores how technology is shaping our daily lives and relationships. As screen time increases, many families and communities are noticing less face-to-face connection and more feelings of isolation, stress, and frustration. This guided conversation is not about blame, but about coming together to share experiences and explore practical, community-based solutions. The session is facilitated by Eli Mina, a Vancouver-based consultant, meeting facilitator, mentor, coach, and registered parliamentarian, who brings a thoughtful and inclusive approach to the topic.
The workshop is open to adults 18+ and takes place at Hillcrest Community Centre on Wednesday, February 18 and Wednesday, February 25, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. This is a free program, and advance registration is required.
