Line Dance is not only a form of dance, it is also an aerobic exercise that helps your heart. Learning the movements and the level of concentration involved help maintain your mental alertness. Being benefited both physically and mentally, the dancers dance to a song that they love while happily swinging their bodies and moving their steps in great enjoyment. This class is improver to intermediate/advance level, and we welcome anyone who has some line dance experience and knows the basic steps. You are welcome to join us! Drop-in $7 (space permitting).
